- Processing Time: Since each item is custom-printed, processing times may vary based on the complexity of the order. Once printing is complete, you will receive a tracking number provided by BlueDart.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the item and the delivery location.
- Delivery Estimates: While we strive to meet all timelines, delivery dates are subject to BlueDart's operational schedules. Vision My Art is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
Return & Refund Policy
Because our products are custom-printed to your specific requirements, our return policy is as follows:
- Custom Printing: As we provide "printing items only," products are created specifically for your order. Consequently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or customer errors in the design provided.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us at info@visionmyart.com within [Insert Number, e.g., 48 hours] of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect.
- Refunds: If a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, we will initiate a reprint or a refund to your original payment method.
