- Payment Methods: We accept payments through various secure channels, including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and popular UPI apps.
- Billing Information: Customers must provide accurate and complete billing information. All payments must be cleared before the commencement of any printing or design service.
- Transaction Security: All online transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways to ensure your financial data remains protected.
- Invoicing: A digital invoice will be generated and sent to your registered email address once the payment is successfully processed.
Refund Policy
Vision My Art provides professional digital marketing, design, and custom printing services. Due to the personalized and custom nature of our "printing items only" service, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.
- No Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items once they have been printed or delivered. Since each product is custom-made to your specific requirements, it cannot be restocked or resold.
- Final Sale: All orders are considered final once the printing process has commenced. We do not offer refunds or returns for "change of mind" or customer errors in the design files provided.
- Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that an item arrives with a clear manufacturing defect or significant damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- To report an issue, email info@visionmyart.com with your order details and clear photographs of the defect.
- Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, provide a reprint of the item. No cash refunds will be issued.
- Order Cancellations: Cancellations are only possible if requested before the design or printing process has begun. Once work is in progress, no cancellations or refunds will be processed.
- Shipping Issues: As we utilize third-party shipping through BlueDart, Vision My Art is not responsible for delays or minor handling wear caused by the courier service. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
